KÄYTTÖAUTO / DAILY DRIVER

Jotta aikaa ei projektin parissa olisi liikaa, ostin omaksi käyttöautoksi alla olevan kaunokaisen.

Tässä hieman specsejä autosta:

So that I wouldn't have too much time to spend on my project, I bought this beauty as my daily driver.

Here are some specs:

- SE

- B200F

- M47

- 258 000km

Eli auto on lähes identtinen projektiauton kanssa, ainoana erona on pienempi moottori. Ja toki auton väri ja paaaaljon alhaisempi mittarilukema!

So the car is pretty much identical to my project car, the only differense being the smaller engine.

Plus the paint and waaaaay smaller mileage!

Ainoa isompi itseä häiritsevä vika on apparin puolen takakaaren ja oven pielen tölväisy...

Koko kaaren etupuoli on rutussa, eikä itse kaaren huulikaan ihan vahvoilla ole, joten koko kaaren korjaus on edessä. Tämä prosessihan on jokseenkin tuttu projektin tiimoilta!

The only major eyesore is the huge dent on the rear fender arc.. 

The whole front portion of the arc is dented and the lip isn't in that good shape either so the whole rear arc will be renewed. But this process is somewhat familiar from the main project car!

Sisustasta on hienossa kunnossa. Etuovipahveissa on ylimääräiset reiät kajareita varten, joten vaihdan tilalle uudet pahvit. Pientä muoviosaa myös uupuu edestä, mutta melkein kaikki löytyy jo omasta takaa.

The interior is in pretty good shape. The front door panels have extra holes for speakers so I will replace the panels. Also small misc plastic parts are missing, but I have most of them on the self.

Kojelauta on täysin ehjä, ei yhtäkään halkeamaa!
The dashboard is intact, not a single crack present!

Konehuonekin on mukavan siistin näköinen, pientä pesua vailla vain.
The engine bay is delightfully neat, only minor washing is needed.

KUVAUSPUOMI / CAMERA JIB

Katselin erästä sarjaa Youtubesta ja siinä henkilöt käyttivät hienoa kamerapuomia. Luonnollisesti halusin samanlaisen, mutta en löytänyt mistä sellaisen saisi, joten päätin tehdä itse. Alla oleva kuva on screen capture kyseisestä videosta ja sen perusteella mittasin ja skaalasin puomin mitat. Lopputulos näkyy alla olevasta kuvasarjasta.

I was watching a series on Youtube where couple of guys were using a sweet camera jib. Naturally I wanted one for myself but I couldn't find where to get one so I decided to make one. The image below is a screen capture of the video. I used that image to measure and scale the dimensions needed. The images below show the end result.

Nopeasti kuvattu ja kyhätty testivideo. Puomi painaa sen verran, että pitää ostaa kamerajalusta ilman päätä ja nivelöintiä, kun oma videojalustan nivelöinti on väljä moisen painon alla.
Quickly shot and edited test video. The jib weights a bit so I must buy a camera stand without a head or "hinges" since my camcorder's stand's joints are loose under such a weight.
